RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and coordinate attorney schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsPrepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detailAssist with the preparation of trust and estate plan signingsAssist in maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessibleAssist with billing and invoicing processes, including time entry and client billing inquiriesProvide general administrative support, such as answering phones, greeting clients, and handling incoming and outgoing mailStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detailStrong client service skills2-6 years of experience in professional services setting or law firm preferredAdvanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Kofax Power PDF or similar/equivalent PDF program, BigHand Create and Hyperstyles or similar/equivalent Styles and Templates software, and NetDocs; Willingness and ability to learn different technologiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionEnthusiasm for learning and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and workflowsBENEFITS
