Private Client Associate - Boston
Qualifications:
Excellent academic credentials, along with strong research, writing, and communication skills;Minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting, handling a variety of fiduciary litigation matters, such as: guardianship & conservatorship, trust litigation, will contests, undue influence & financial exploitation matters, equity actions, family member disputes & family asset controversies, family business protection & controversies, issues impacted by mental incapacity, family mediation & interventions, mental health & addiction issues, trusteeships, fiduciary service as conservator and trustee, and special needs trust matters & issues impacting benefits and care;Familiarity with Probate & Family Court rules and practice, as well as Superior Court rules and practice, and working knowledge of, or strong interest in learning, the Massachusetts Probate Code and Massachusetts Trust Code;Current membership to the Massachusetts bar; and A desire to join a fast-paced, highly collaborative group, handling complex fiduciary litigation matters.
