Advise and support the leasing, development, finance, marketing, and operations departments.Review and negotiate leases and various other legal documents for the company’s commercial real estate portfolioReview and abstract purchase and sale agreements, management/leasing agreements, title and occupancy agreements, organizational documents, and other corporate and real estate documentsPrepare, review, and coordinate due diligence and closing documents for real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and financing Advise and support the leasing, development, finance, marketing and operations departments in various business and legal matters
