Resonsibilities:Represent clients in court or before government agenciesPrepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clientsAdvise clients on business and legal transactionsNegotiate settlements for legal disputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
​​Qualifications:Previous experience in lawFamiliarity with various legal documentsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to build rapport with clientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsmid level experience assisting clients in a various corporate ranges, securities and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, financings (debt and equity) and general corporate mattersExperience with formation and funding of emerging growth companies, private equity investments, general corporate counseling and a wide variety of transactions.
