• Draft, review and negotiate leases, amendments, license agreements, letters of intent, notices and various other legal documents for commercial real estate portfolio. • Review and abstract leases, purchase and sale agreements, management/leasing agreements, organizational documents, and other corporate and real estate documents.• Prepare, review and coordinate due diligence and closing documents for real estate transactions.• Advise and support the leasing, development, finance, marketing and operations departments in various business and legal matters.• Oversee corporate compliance functions (formation/dissolution of entities, annual filings etc.).• Prepare, review, and coordinate SNDAs and estoppels.• Coordinate with internal teams, other functional areas, and external parties to ensure timely completion of agreements and appropriate contractual terms.• Tracking and documenting legal team activities.
