Private Fund Formation Midlevel – Senior Associate Boston/New YorkThree to twelve years of experience in all aspects of the formation and operation of private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and similar private funds. Candidates with experience forming hedge funds and venture capital funds, and representing investors with respect to private fund investments will also be considered. We are seeking candidates that have experience in one or more of these areas, and a desire to work with a team of experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility on a variety of matters. The candidate will become part of an exciting global Asset Management and Investment Funds practice, working with a diverse range of premier global clients. Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house experience at an institutional asset manager is strongly preferred.
